We run professionally coached flag football programs at elementary schools across North Carolina and South Carolina. Your child plays with classmates, on campus, right after the bell.

Programs run on your child’s own campus, so there is no extra drive at the end of a workday.
Trained coaches who know how to hold the attention of twenty six-year-olds and still teach something.
First-timers and experienced players train in the same session, and both leave better than they arrived.
Flag football means pulling a flag, not tackling. Structured sessions, supervised throughout.

What we offer
One pathway, from a first practice after school to representing your school on tournament day.
Weekly sessions on your school’s field through the season. Players learn routes, throwing, catching, flag pulling, and how to be a good teammate. Our coaches bring every piece of equipment with them.

Half-day and full-day camps over school breaks and through the summer. More repetitions, more games, and a chance to play alongside kids from other schools.

Our tournament series lets students represent their own school against others nearby. Team jerseys, a real sideline, and a day they will talk about for weeks.
How it works
You sign your child up once. Everything after that happens on campus.
Check whether we are running a program at your child’s school this season. New schools are added every term.
Choose the session that fits your week and complete registration online. That is the last thing we need from you.
Coaches, equipment, and field setup all arrive at the school. You handle pickup, we handle the rest.

Why flag football
The football is the hook. The habits are the point.
Running, cutting, catching, reacting. The kind of movement that carries into every other sport they try.
Every player touches the ball. Every player learns to do something in November they could not do in September.
Nothing in flag football works unless four other kids do their job too. That lesson lands faster on a field than in a classroom.
Read the field, pick an option, live with the result, go again. Ten times a game, every game.
Older players learn to bring the younger ones along. Teachers tend to notice it before parents do.
The reason they ask to come back next season. We take that part as seriously as the rest of it.
