What School Leaders and PTOs Ask

Who can request a flag football program?
Principals, PE teachers, PTO or PTA leaders, after-school coordinators and interested parents can start the conversation. Final approval must come from the appropriate school administrator.
What grades can participate?
Our elementary school programs are designed for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Players can be grouped by age to create an appropriate learning environment.
Does the school pay for the program?
No. Families register and pay directly with Carolina Flag Football Factory. The school does not need a program budget, and school staff do not collect payments.
Who provides the coaches and equipment?
We provide trained, background-checked coaches along with the footballs, flags, cones and session equipment.
What kind of space does the program require?
A suitable outdoor area on the school campus is typically all that is needed. We review the available space with the school and determine the appropriate setup before the program begins.
Who manages registration and parent questions?
We create and manage the registration page, process family payments and communicate directly with participating parents. The school front office does not need to manage the roster or answer routine program questions.
Does the school need to promote the program?
We provide the registration link and marketing information. We ask the school or PTO to share the opportunity through its normal family communication channels, such as newsletters, email, flyers or school apps.
How do we get started?
